Introduction of GME magnetic coupling

Magnetic coupling is a new kind of coupling, which connects motor and machine by permanent magnetic force. 

They are consisted of external rotor, internal rotor and isolating covers.

They work in the sealed magnetic drive pumps, which transporting volatile, flammable, explosive and toxic solutions with no leakage. 

These magnetic couplings can be used to connect gear pumps , screw pumps, centrifugal pumps, etc. with all types of electric motor or gear box. 

Magnetic coupling are widely used in various industries and fields, such as chemical, papermaking, foodstuff, pharmacy, and so on.

Application of GME magnetic coupling

The ability to hermetically separate two areas whilst continuing to
transmit mechanical power from one to the other makes these couplings ideal for
applications where prevention of cross contamination is essential. For
instance: hydraulic sectors, dosing systems, compressors, sterilizers,
industrial ovens, biotechnology, subsea equipment, pharmaceutical industry,
chemical industry, food industry, generators and mixers.

1. Adaptation  plate magnet plate separator:
Suspended permanent magnetic separator mainly used to remove particulate, sheet and block (such as corn, sugar, flour, ores, slag, plastic, wood, etc.)

2. How it works:
Suspended permanent magnetic separator is made of high quality stainless steel sheet or A3 steel plate and high B value or quality NdFeB rare earth magnet alloy, 

and the use of special production methods made. Can be hung on the conveyor belt, trough, pipeline, feed plate, the belt above or the end, constitute a magnetic filter. 

When the iron-containing material through, attracted by the magnetic plate, the iron-containing substances adsorbed on a solid wall plate to ensure the integrity and security equipment products.
